Delivery

All of our packages are usually sent the day after your purchase by courier. We use DHL and Citylink for our parcel deliveries and you should expect your item to arrive within a maximum of 3 working days from your purchase date. If you have problems with delivery please contact us by email or telephone on 0208 7771333.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within 7 days to request the return of the item. We will refund in full upon safe receipt of the item, provided it is in original packaging.

Refund Policy

We will refund any purchase returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided it is its original packaging. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, we are happy to either replace the damaged parts or refund you, whichever is your preferred option.
